Convenient location, connection to bar/restaurant, self-check-in access

The lock system was frustratingly difficult!!! Excessive bright lights outside the room made for a bothersome night. A shower gel shortage left me in a lurch without refill options!!! Temperature control was a headache due to poor regulation.

the rooms are nice enough, but good luck sleeping with the bar noise, I woke up every hour till 2 am. Also, I expected some free drinks or at least a complimentary welcome gift after that disaster. the check-out staff seemed oblivious to the noise problem and acted like it was an inconvenience for me to mention it. I just couldn't recommend this place.

Water pressure was disappointingly low during my stay.

Although the bar staff may seem unhelpful, the vibrant atmosphere is enjoyable. Consider bringing your own beverages for a quieter evening experience.

The location is fantastic. Walking distance to East Nashville meant easy access to local hangouts. My Deluxe King Room was spacious, modern, and cozy, providing a comfortable space to relax. I appreciated the outdoor seating area for socializing, and the self-check-in process was straightforward. The bar/restaurant attached was a nice perk, perfect for grabbing a drink before heading in for the night. Although the room had beautiful decor, I found the water pressure disappointingly low. My room faced a back gate, which would slam every time someone left, disrupting my sleep. Also, the shower lacked privacy, which could be awkward if sharing with someone not close. Communication with the staff was mostly smooth, but there was some confusion regarding the bar's hours. Overall, a pleasant stay with some tweaks needed for a perfect experience.
